DiasporaCheck is not a money transfer business. We help with the last and most important part of care and support by arranging practical help, making sure funds are used for your parents' wellbeing, medicines, essentials and care needs, and keeping you updated on what happened.
Can I arrange elderly care services remotely?
Yes. You can book care remotely, enter the service details online, add the full address and phone numbers, and complete payment from anywhere in the world.
How do I know my parents are safe?
We provide real-time updates, visit reports and notifications so you always know how your parents are doing.
How do I book and pay for a service?
Complete the booking form with your details, the name of the person you want us to check up on, the service description, address and phone numbers. We then prepare a booking copy for finance@monesave.com and direct you to our Square payment page to complete payment.
What should I include when I pay through Square?
When paying through Square, quote your email address and the name of the person you want us to check up on. This helps our team match your payment to the correct booking quickly.
Do you provide medical checkups in all countries?
Yes. We partner with trusted local healthcare providers in each launch country to deliver reliable medical services.
What if my parents feel lonely or need companionship?
We offer companionship services, including regular visits and social interaction, to support emotional wellbeing.
What packages do you currently offer?
We currently offer a GBP 30 pay-as-you-go platform booking, a GBP 90 visit, clean up, companionship and pictures package, and a GBP 100 Standing Care monthly package that includes a food and medication basket, visit and pictures.
When is the Standing Care package charged?
The Standing Care package is payable on the 1st of each month.
Which countries do you currently support?
At launch, we support the USA, UK, Europe, UAE, Egypt, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Philippines, South Africa, Congo, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kenya and many other African countries. Contact us if your country is not listed.
Is this service only for diaspora families?
Yes. DiasporaCheck is specifically designed for people living abroad who want to support their parents or loved ones back home.
Is DiasporaCheck a remittance company?
No. DiasporaCheck is a care coordination platform with payments, fulfillment, updates and proof-of-care workflows.
What if a delivery provider API is not available?
Our team can still fulfil the request through Manual Concierge. Operators record the provider mentioned by the diaspora customer, confirm availability in that country, and keep the customer updated throughout the process.
Can I repeat an order monthly?
Yes. Standing Care is designed as a monthly care package, and repeat care workflows can be managed as part of the ongoing service arrangement.
What currency will I see on the website?
Base pricing is set in GBP, and the website can display an approximate local-currency conversion based on your browser settings. Final payment is matched to the booking details you submit.
